Practice Complaints Procedure
The practice operates a complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice, please inform our Practice Manager, Mrs Caroline Boyle. You can do this by either writing to Mrs Boyle or alternatively you can discuss the problem with her by telephoning (01506) 771800 or arrange an appointment with her. Information on making a formal complaint to the health board, with whom we hold our contract for providing primary care services, is available on request.
Practice Suggestions Box
Whilst we strive to offer the best possible service, we always welcome comments and suggestions as they help us to understand what you appreciate or dislike about our service. There is a suggestions box next to reception for this purpose.
